Warranty Information: Genuine Apple service parts come with a 90-day warranty. For computers under the first year's warranty or AppleCare, the part is covered until your warranty or Applecare or 90 days expires. For out of warranty repairs, the 90-day warranty applies.

Repair Extension Program - This program provides for the repair or replacement of a part when Apple has found that there is a quality issue with a component that is causing specific symptoms on a specific model within a given serial number range. Under this program, the part is replaced at no charge whatsoever, even if the computer is out of warranty. CORNICE monitors its customer's computers for these issues and will notify you when your computer qualifies.

RUSH Service Available - For emergency repairs there is a rush fee that puts your computer on the bench NOW!

Peripherals - CORNICE also offers service for your HP Printers and other Mac peripherals. Ask about the range of service available to you.
