Q: Do you service iPods, iPhones?
A: Currently we
do not service iPods or iPhones. If your iPod or iPhone is covered
under AppleCare we would be happy to facilitate
your repair
with Apple.
Q: Do you offer training?
A: We do not currently offer any formal training.
Q: Do you honor AppleCare?
A: Yes. If your computer is under AppleCare and your
repair is covered under AppleCare, we are an Authorized Apple Service
Provider and can repair it for you under warranty.
Q: How do I find out if my machine is under warrany or
not?
A: Normaly a new Macintosh is covered for 1 year from
the purchase date with a Limited Product Warranty. If you purchase
AppleCare before that 1 year is up, you are given 3 more years of warranty.
If you don't know the dates of your purchases you can call us and we
can look up your warranty information for you. Just have your serial
number ready.
