One Year Limited Warranty and AppleCare Repairs – We will perform a repair for you at no charge when an Apple Genuine Part needs to be replaced on your Apple computer. This does not include problems caused by liquid spills or accidental damage or software issues. We can repair the problems caused by liquid spills or accidental damage or software issues, but there is a charge for this service, because it falls outside the scope of your One Year Limited Warranty and AppleCare Protection Plan Terms and Conditions. Apple offers 90 days of complimentary phone support with your One Year Limited Warranty for help with software issues. You can extend this complimentary phone support, up to 3 years from your purchase date, when you buy the AppleCare Protection Plan.

Repair Part Warranty Information – Apple Genuine Repair Parts come with a 90-day warranty. For computers within their One Year Limited Warranty or that have AppleCare, the part is covered until your Warranty or AppleCare or 90-day part warranty expires, whichever is longer. For out of warranty repairs, the 90-day part warranty applies.

Repair Extension Program – This program provides for the repair or replacement of a part when Apple has found that there is a quality issue with a component that is causing specific symptoms on a specific model within a given serial number range. Under this program, the part is replaced at no charge, even if the computer is out of warranty (diagnostic fee may apply).

RUSH Service Available – For emergency repairs we offer a rush fee that puts your computer on the bench NOW!
